Terms & Conditions — 1777bay Platform Rules

By accessing, browsing, registering an account on, or placing any wager through the 1777bay platform (accessible at 1777bay.app and any associated mobile applications or mirror domains), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision contained herein, you must immediately cease using the platform and close your account.

These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and 1777bay with respect to your use of the platform. They supersede all prior communications, representations, and agreements — whether oral or written — relating to the subject matter hereof. No oral statement made by any 1777bay employee or representative shall modify or supplement these terms unless confirmed in writing by an authorised officer of 1777bay.

1777bay reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will post the revised version on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the platform after any such amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically to remain informed of any changes.

Access to 1777bay is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all subsequent times when using the platform:

• You are 18 years of age or older. This age restriction is absolute and non-negotiable. 1777bay does not permit access by any person under the age of 18, regardless of jurisdiction or parental consent.
• You are accessing the platform voluntarily and for personal entertainment purposes. Use of the platform on behalf of a third party, or for commercial data collection or exploitation purposes, is prohibited.
• You are not a politically exposed person (PEP) whose participation would require enhanced due diligence that 1777bay determines it cannot adequately perform.
• You are not subject to a self-exclusion order or a court-ordered prohibition from gambling, whether issued by 1777bay or any competent authority.
• You have not previously had an account closed by 1777bay for a breach of these terms or for fraudulent activity.

1777bay employs age verification procedures during the account registration process. These may include document-based identity checks requiring a valid national ID, passport, or birth certificate. Players who fail to complete age verification within the period specified in their account notice will have their account suspended pending verification completion.

Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of 1777bay is lawful in the jurisdiction from which they are accessing the platform. 1777bay operates as an offshore gaming platform and does not represent or warrant that its services are legal in all jurisdictions. Bangladesh players are solely responsible for understanding and complying with their local laws regarding online gambling.

To access the full range of features on 1777bay — including placing bets, making deposits, claiming bonuses, and requesting withdrawals — you must create a registered account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, phone number, and a valid email address.

One account per person, household, device, and IP address. 1777bay actively monitors for duplicate account activity. If multiple accounts are detected belonging to the same individual or household, all accounts will be suspended pending investigation. The account first created will be considered the legitimate account; all subsequent accounts and any winnings accrued through them will be voided.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. 1777bay will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to protect your login credentials. You must notify 1777bay support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

As part of our Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) compliance obligations, 1777bay may at any time request documentary evidence to verify your identity, address, age, or payment method ownership. Required documents typically include:

• Proof of Identity: National ID card, passport, or driving licence (must be government-issued, valid, and clearly legible)
• Proof of Address: Utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence issued within the past three months and bearing your registered address
• Proof of Payment Method: Screenshot or statement confirming ownership of the bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or bank account used for transactions

Failure to provide requested verification documents within 14 calendar days of the request will result in account suspension. Withdrawal requests will not be processed for unverified accounts where verification has been requested and not completed. Standard KYC verification is completed within 24 hours of receiving complete and legible documentation.

All financial transactions on 1777bay are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). The platform supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay (mobile money), Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank (bank transfers), and Visa and Mastercard (card payments where available). Transaction limits applicable to all accounts are as follows:

• Minimum deposit via mobile money (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay): ৳500
• Minimum deposit via bank transfer: ৳1,000
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳300
• Maximum single withdrawal (standard accounts): ৳500,000 per transaction
• Maximum daily withdrawal: ৳1,000,000 for fully verified accounts

Deposits are credited to your account balance in real time upon confirmation from your payment provider. Processing times for withdrawals depend on the method selected: mobile money withdrawals (bKash, Nagad) for verified accounts are typically completed in under 5 minutes; bank transfers are processed within 1–3 business hours; card withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on your card issuer.

You may only deposit funds from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the source account belongs to another person — are strictly prohibited. Any funds deposited from a third-party account will be returned to the source and the transaction flagged for AML review. Winnings generated from funds received in violation of this rule will be voided.

Similarly, withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account that has been used for a deposit or that can be verified as belonging to the registered account holder. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and to protect players from unauthorised withdrawals.

1777bay reserves the right to request proof of funds for large deposits or to implement enhanced monitoring for accounts where transaction patterns indicate potential money laundering activity. Cooperation with such requests is mandatory and failure to comply may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending further review.

1777bay offers various bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, and seasonal offers tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL season, and ICC tournaments. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published at the time the offer is made, in addition to the general bonus rules set out in this section.

Wagering requirements: All bonus amounts credited to your account are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. Unless stated otherwise in the specific offer terms, the standard wagering requirement for deposit match bonuses is 30x the combined bonus and deposit amount. Free bet winnings carry a standard wagering requirement of 5x the free bet value. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period specified for the offer; unmet requirements will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being forfeited.

Eligible games for wagering: Not all games on 1777bay contribute equally toward wagering requirements. As a general rule:

• Sports betting (cricket, football, water polo, boxing, kabaddi): 100% contribution — all settled bets at minimum odds of 1.50 count in full
• Slots and crash games (Aviator, Spribe titles): 100% contribution
• Live casino games (baccarat, roulette, blackjack, Dragon Tiger): 10% contribution
• Teen Patti and Andar Bahar: 5% contribution

1777bay reserves the right to void a bonus and any associated winnings if it reasonably determines that the bonus was claimed by a player who is ineligible, that the same offer was claimed more than once using multiple accounts, or that the player engaged in wagering patterns designed to exploit the bonus rather than participate genuinely in the games offered.

By using 1777bay, you agree to conduct yourself in a lawful, honest, and respectful manner at all times. You bear full responsibility for all activity conducted through your account, whether that activity was authorised by you or not. The following conduct is expressly prohibited on the 1777bay platform:

• Providing false or misleading registration information, including a false name, date of birth, address, or contact details
• Using automated software, bots, scrapers, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform, place bets, or exploit game logic in ways not available to ordinary players
• Engaging in collusion with other players at live casino tables or poker rooms to gain an unfair advantage
• Exploiting software errors or glitches — any winnings generated through a known technical error are not valid and will be voided. You are required to report any such errors to support immediately
• Engaging in money laundering or using 1777bay as a vehicle for financial crime — 1777bay is obligated to report suspicious financial activity and will cooperate with any lawful investigation
• Using abusive, threatening, or harassing language toward 1777bay staff, live dealers, or other players via live chat or any other communication channel
• Attempting to access other players' accounts or any restricted area of the platform without authorisation
• Reselling, brokering, or commercially exploiting your account or any game outcomes, odds, or data obtained through the platform

1777bay employs a dedicated risk and integrity team that monitors account activity in real time. Accounts flagged for suspicious activity will be placed under review, during which withdrawals may be temporarily suspended. Players under review will be notified and given the opportunity to provide clarification before any final action is taken, except in cases where immediate action is required to prevent ongoing harm or financial crime.

Voluntary closure: You may request the closure of your 1777bay account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or at [email protected]. Upon receiving a closure request, 1777bay will process any pending withdrawals to your verified payment method before deactivating the account. Account closure does not affect your obligation to settle any outstanding balances owed to the platform.

Responsible gaming self-exclusion: If you are requesting account closure for responsible gaming reasons, please inform our support team so that your account can be flagged for self-exclusion rather than simple closure. Self-excluded accounts are subject to additional safeguards that prevent re-registration for the duration of the exclusion period. Suspension by 1777bay: 1777bay reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The account holder has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• The account has been used for fraudulent, criminal, or otherwise unlawful activity
• The account holder has provided false or misleading information during registration or verification
• Continued operation of the account poses a legal or regulatory risk to 1777bay
• A court order, regulatory directive, or law enforcement instruction requires the suspension or closure

Where an account is suspended for investigation, funds held in the account balance will be frozen pending the outcome of the review. If the investigation concludes in the player's favour, the account will be reinstated and all funds released. If the investigation confirms a breach of these terms, the account will be permanently closed and funds may be withheld in accordance with applicable policy and any legal obligations.

1777bay provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every effort to ensure uninterrupted service, platform availability, and the accuracy of odds and game outcomes, we cannot guarantee that the service will be free of errors, interruptions, or technical failures at all times. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary unavailability of some or all platform features.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 1777bay, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for any of the following, whether arising from contract, tort, negligence, or any other legal theory:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings arising from inability to access the platform
• Loss of data or corruption of account information resulting from technical failure or unauthorised access not attributable to 1777bay's negligence
• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages of any nature
• Losses arising from your reliance on information published on the platform, including odds, statistics, or promotional material
• Losses resulting from delays in payment processing caused by your payment provider or financial institution

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall exclude or limit 1777bay's liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

You acknowledge that gambling is inherently risky and that you may lose money placed as wagers. 1777bay does not accept liability for gambling losses incurred through your use of the platform. By creating an account and placing bets, you confirm that you understand and accept the financial risks associated with gambling and that you are doing so voluntarily with funds you can afford to lose.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with general principles of international commercial law. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms that cannot be resolved through our internal dispute resolution process shall be subject to binding arbitration under internationally recognised arbitration rules.
